Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, an account is not required to place an order. You can check-out as a Guest, but setting up an account provides easy access to your order, faster returns, as well as quicker check-out next time.

Is my personal information kept private?

At Pulpit Air, we respect your privacy. Pulpit Air will never sell, trade, rent or loan your personal information to any other organization. “Personal information” is information about an identifiable individual as described in applicable privacy legislation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card and PayPal online at Pulpit Air?

Yes, it is secure to use your credit card and PayPal for purchases on our online store. Pulpit Air is PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliant. Therefore we do not store any payment or financial information in our system.

What is a foreign transaction fee? (USA applicable only)

Some banks or credit card companies charge a Foreign Transaction Fee, also known as an International Service Assessment Fee, for purchases from merchants located outside of the USA. As Pulpit Air is a Norwegian company, some banks apply this fee to charges by Pulpit Air. Other banks use independent third party credit card processing companies that charge this fee. Your financial institution could also be applying a similar cross-border assessment fee.

Pulpit Air only charges the amount shown during check-out and in our email notifications. We encourage you to contact your card-issuing bank to lean more about this fee.

What orders qualify for free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on all orders 0ver

What is the estimated shipping time?

The estimated delivery time using express / 2-day shipping is approximately 2-3 business days, however this timeline may vary with the final destination. 2-day shipping refers to transit time and does not include processing time. Please allow for an estimated 1 business day for processing.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

Can I cancel an order once the order has been placed?

 No, once an order is placed and payment is taken, you cannot cancel your order.

How will I know that you received my order and when will the payment be deducted?

 After your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation number on screen and also by email. Your credit card or PayPal will be charged when your order ships.

The status of your order can be checked on your ‘Order Status’ page in the ‘Your Account’ section of this website.

Can I add items to an existing order?

 No, items cannot be added to an existing order once payment has been made.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes. All orders must be signed for. If you are not able to accept a signature required delivery at your home address the courier will normally try to deliver the package 2 times and then hold it at the nearest facility for you to pick up at your convenience. If you have any concerns please make a note on the final step of the checkout, (Process Payment), and we will do our best to make alternate arrangements.

Does PULPIT Air ship to post office boxes?

Yes, we will ship to post office boxes but may have to use an alternate carrier which can increase the delivery time of your order.

How much tax will I have to pay?

 All applicable taxes will be applied based on the country or region that your order is being shipped to.

Does Pulpit Air ship to multiple addresses?

No, we do not ship to multiple addresses. Each individual order will ship to only one address.

If you wish to send several items to different addresses, then a new order must be completed for each individual destination.

Can products be delivered to a different mailing address from the billing address?

Yes, the Shipping address can be different from the Billing address.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

The packaging method will be determined by the product and number of products on your order. All orders are shipped in unmarked plain cardboard boxes. We take great care when packaging our products to ensure that all items arrive undamaged to their shipping destinations.

Is my package insured?

All packages are insured through the shipping company used.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item that I purchased through the Pulpit Air online store (pulpitair.com)?

Fill out our online Returns form and we will email you a handy print-out that will include your Return Authorisation number and our Shipping Address


You may return an unused item in new condition within 30 das of purchase.

All itmes must remain in the original packaging.

International costumers will be responsible for shipping both ways.

Sales products are final. No return or exchanges.

How do I know when my order ships?

 You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number(s).

How do I track my order?

Option 1:

Click on the link found in your shipping confirmation email.

Option 2:

Log in to your account using your account information and click on the Order Status section to find your tracking number. Clicking the tracking number link will take you to the shipping company’s website and you can track your shipments progress there.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after placing your order. If you are unable to track your package after this 24 hour period please contact Customer Service for assistance: post@pulpitair.com.

How can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed and payment is taken, you cannot cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact an Pulpit Air Customer Service: post@pulpitair.com.

Where is my order?

Estimated delivery time by ground shipping is 6-7 business days, however this time line may vary with the final destination. It is best to check your order status online. When your order has been shipped we will display the tracking number in the Order Status section of your account. Clicking on the tracking number link will take you to the shipping company’s website and you can track your shipments progress there.
